There once was a report I was responsible to do on a monthly basis. The way I was taught to do this report, took me nearly six hours to complete. It made me want to bang my head against the wall EVERY time. After a handful of months of doing this, and almost going brain-dead, I came up with an alternative way of managing this report. My way accomplished the same thing, and took me 1.5 hours to do.
Is there something you’ve been doing since 1989 and you realize that there must be a different way? Do you know that you would like to change the way things are done, but you don’t have the time to focus your attention on the how?
I have done this multiple times, and have saved a lot of time and energy on things like this. I like to simplify things and show I am a true believer in working smarter not harder. While hard work is important, it’s even more important to not go brain-dead. Have confidence in knowing that I only take the necessary amount of time on your projects. I will not “let the meter run”, billing you for numerous unfair hours.

Yes- I believe it is good business to always acknowledge your customers. To thank them and to make sure they are happy. Together, we can talk about how you would like to do this. It can be as simple as a handwritten thank you.
Of course I can! Let me do this kind of research for you to save you both time and money.
Most definitely. I understand that systems have been in place for a long time and things change over the years. It is tough to implement a new system, but in most cases- it can save a lot of time and make things run more efficiently in doing so. I would love to help you with this.
‘Incredibly efficient and dependable’ are words that I would use to describe Susan. In the time Susan has worked as an AP Coordinator, she has streamlined processes; developed relationships with vendors; virtually eliminated open POs and assumed indirect purchasing responsibilities.
