It is astonishing how much time and effort goes into running a business. Being part of our family business, I saw how demanding this could be. There is always so much that needs to be done and often times, there isn’t necessarily the budget for a full-time assistant to help with these things.
This is where having a virtual assistant comes in. Having a VA (Me!) solves this problem. You have me, as you need me. I learn your business, your system and your work so that I can help you now, and again in the future. Unlike hiring a temp, you get to meet me ahead of time. You learn who I am and what kind of work I am capable of doing. You know that I am there when you need me and that you can count on me when you need me the most. I am your backup. I can help chip away at your to-do list and I do a stellar job in doing so.

That depends on what the project is. I can get a better feel for how long things take once we discuss your requests in your consult. I like to keep things moving and complete things in a timely fashion.
The hourly rate includes whatever type of work you provide me. Extra fees may incur if there are gifts purchased, supplies needed, travel time to your office/onsite work. We can discuss these fees ahead of time when we have our consult.
Take a peek at the services I provide. If there is something you need help with that isn’t on that list, please feel free to ask. I am sure I can help out.
Susan entered my commercial life when my customer of 15 years was purchased by a multinational company. Transitions of administration and accounting from this merger created chaos for my small business. She immediately addressed the communication constrictions and brought sound relief for me while honoring her employer.
